End-user license agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA", "license") is a legal agreement between You (either an individual or a single entity) and Soft-Universe, LLC ("Soft-Universe") for the software known as "Compiler911" free edition ("Software").

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL THE SOFTWARE.

License and Restrictions

Soft-Universe grants You a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, free of charge license to download, install and use the Software on Your computer.

You may not distibute, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the Software, or any part of it.

The only thing You are allowed to do is to download, install and use it on a single computer.

Copyrights

The Software is protected by the copyright law of Russian Federation and by international treaty provisions. All copyrights are exclusively owned by Soft-Universe.

Disclaimers of Warranties

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOFT-UNIVERSE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
